Your Visit & Patient Information
Helpful info so you always know what to expect
We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and informed before, during, and after your visit to Treeline Dental Care. Below, you’ll find useful details about how appointments work, what to expect from our team, how we manage payments, and how we keep your information safe.
Appointment
You can book your appointment by phone or by popping into the practice. If you’d like to see a specific dentist, just let us know when booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate you and if we can’t, we’ll offer an alternative that works for you.
Your check-up frequency (recall interval) is set by your dentist based on national guidelines from the Department of Health.
Can’t make it?
Life happens. But if you can’t attend, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your slot to someone else who needs it.
Repeated missed appointments may result in us being unable to offer you future treatment.

We aim to provide high-quality treatment that’s tailored to your needs, delivered with care, clarity, and compassion.
If something’s not right, please tell us.
We take feedback seriously and welcome the chance to put things right if something hasn’t gone as expected.

Patient Charges
We offer a mix of NHS and private treatment options, and we’ll always be upfront about any costs before treatment starts.
- Fees are due before treatment begins.
- We accept all major debit and credit cards, either in person or online.
- We do not accept cash, bank transfers, or cheques.
- We offer interest-free finance on many private treatments.
- A deposit is typically required to begin treatment, with the balance due before final completion.
Practice Policies
We’re here to support our patients, but we also ask for mutual respect and kindness in return.
- Zero Tolerance on Abusive Behaviour
We don’t tolerate abusive or violent behaviour toward our team. In serious cases, treatment may be withdrawn immediately, and the Police or NHS authority may be informed.
