Over the coming months, Treeline will be raising funds to support the incredible work of Dentaid in the UK and abroad.
In the UK, Dentaid offers free dental treatment to the homeless and vulnerable. Their mobile dental units visit hostels, day centres and night shelters offering emergency care to people who have difficulty accessing dental care. Dentaid also run clinics for refugees and asylum seekers, head and neck cancer patients, veterans, children in areas of social deprivation and victims of domestic violence.
Dentaid has worked in over 70 countries, offering safe and sustainable dental care in poor and remote communities. They support dentists around the world by providing equipment, delivering oral health programs and sending teams of volunteer dental professionals to help them reach more patients.
Denataid also run BrightBites oral health education programme, which is run in schools across the UK.
