🦷 Excellent Dental Experience

Visited the dentist today for a scale and polish, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The dentist and nurse were especially considerate throughout the treatment, checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I had an emergency dental appointment with Dr. T. Filipova at Treeline Dental, Bolsover, due to a irritating toothache that had been bothering me for a while. From the moment I walked in, I felt reassured and well looked after.

Dr. Filipova was not only incredibly professional but also showed great skill and care throughout the procedure. She explained everything clearly and performed the extraction with such precision and a gentle approach that I barely felt a thing.

It’s rare to come across such a talented and compassionate dentist. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

On 31/05/25 I had an appointment to fix my chipped front tooth. I was apprehensive as I can be quite nervous in clinical settings. I was greeted kindly and professionally by a lovely blonde receptionist whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. I was seen by Doctor Farrah and Nurse Sam. They both made me feel completely comfortable right off the bat. They were such lovely, warm women who clearly loved their jobs, I’m sure they even said so during my appointment! I felt reassured and cared for for the entire duration of my treatment, with them regularly asking me if I was doing okay and to let them know if not. It was a small chip that I’d had for 13 years and had always been too scared to go and get it sorted, but after my initial appointment with Doctor Farrah a few weeks earlier, I felt comfortable going to her and was confident in her ability to fix my tooth to the highest standard and she did not disappoint. This appointment, whilst minor, has filled me with a newfound confidence. I am finally smiling with my teeth showing and not worrying that people are noticing the chip. It has also reshaped the way I feel about going to the dentist. It is no longer a daunting and negative experience, but a positive and rewarding one where the people in charge of your care absolutely want the best for you and are just as happy about your treatment as you are. There is no pain on earth like a tooth pain in my opinion, it does not help either especially if you are scared of the dentist and needles. I’m so very grateful to Hassan; he is professional, patient focused and has careful attention to detail. I am grateful for the reassurance and also for the detailed information he provided; also for my follow up plan. Hassan has been able to provide me with dentures - perfect colour match and style and an extraction;  the end result has been pain free and a perfect smile.

I am grateful that Hassan has aligned himself with Treeline Dental Practice..

My review about Treeline would not be complete without mentioning Sam… the dentist nurse is A M A Z I N G… I truly appreciate the fact that she remembers me from previous appointments, she always puts me at ease and is so very attentive… she pronounces my name correctly 😊 I  think Hassan and Sam work as a great team and it shows.

From start to finish these incredible ladies made me feel so at ease. The receptionist Anna, you were so kind and understanding, acted quickly and got me an appointment the same morning- thank you! Nurse Sam and dentist Rabeeyah, what can I say, you were gentle, kind, informative and I couldn’t believe how quickly you got my tooth out without any issues whatsoever! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can now go on my holiday and enjoy all the food thanks to you guys! A wonderfully caring team. My partner and I cannot thank Dentist, Arishah enough for her thorough efficiency and kind professionalism. Arishah explains procedures and interventions carefully and gives helpful self-care advice. The reception team, with a special mention to the smiley, good-natured Sandra, are obliging, polite and accomodating, an absolute credit to the Treeline practice.

I've been registered here for a while  and really impressed with the service I've received at this practice. The receptionists always greet you with a smile and are very helpful ,and will always send a text so you'll not forget your appointment. The dentists I've met are professional and friendly. There are two car parks outside that are free ,and a disabled ramp for access to the surgery. I would like to give a special mention to my dentist Dr.Teodora Filipova, who in my time at this practice as a patient has put me at ease, always greeting me with a lovely smile, being very professional always explaining everything to me about the procedure I was about to go through and also a great conversationalist !!!
